Dave is the chief executive of the council. He is responsible for the administration, financing, marketing, motivation, recruiting, and staffing required for successful council operation.

Josh is responsible for providing direct service to the Covered Wagon District. He is based in Kearney and serves Blaine, Buffalo, Custer (except Arnold), eastern Dawson, Franklin, Furnas, Gosper, Harlan, Kearney, Phelps, and Sherman Counties.

DISTRICT EXECUTIVE - FIVE RIVERS
Kevin is responsible for providing direct service to the Five Rivers District. He is based in Grand Island and serves Adams, Boyd, Brown, Clay, Garfield, Greeley, Hall, Hamilton, Holt, Howard, Keya Paha, Loup, Merrick, Nuckolls, Rock, Valley, Webster, and Wheeler Counties.

This person is responsible for providing direct service to the Buffalo Bill District. He or she is based in North Platte and serves Arthur, Cherry, Custer (only Arnold), western Dawson, Hooker, Keith, Logan, Lincoln, McPherson, Perkins and Thomas Counties.

SCOUT SHOP MANAGER
Barb is responsible for the overall operation of the Scout Shop in Grand Island. She also answers questions about anything and everything Scouting, records advancements, takes care of new applications and recharters, and does anything else needed around the office.
Leisa O'Brien
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Leisa is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of the council, as well as payroll and reporting. She is also responsible for the annual product sales such as popcorn and nuts.
ReNae Ogden
NORTH PLATTE SCOUT SHOP MANAGER
ReNae is responsible for the operation of the Scout Shop in North Platte. She also answers questions about anything and everything Scouting and does anything else needed around the office.
